What the heck is R-18 Chicken Curry?

Recently a company want to overhaul the limit by making some familiar item with some fatality twist, and I'm mean R-18 food series. this has gone viral and a lot of YouTuber challange the curry and COLLAPSED LIKE HELL

But now I'll mention the Curry part only since we use R-18G Chicken Curry in that chapter

What's the difference about these 3 boxes since the spicy level is hot as hell

the only difference is the usage on the chili

R-18 CHICKEN CURRY (Pink Label)

5-6 chunks of chicken with a deadly dried chili inside

R-18G CHICKEN CURRY (Black Label)

5-6 chunks of chicken with a INDIAN GHOST PEPPER inside

R-18 DOUBLE G CHICKEN CURRY (WHITE Label)

5-6 chunks of chicken with NOT ONE, BUT TWO INDIAN GHOST PEPPER inside

No wonder it could be HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Of course, Mike's attempt is using the R-18G CHICKEN CURRY (Black Label) and the effect works damn well on Seong Kwang (Pitty him)
